Our Bikaneri Daal Kachori is a flaky Indian pastry filled with a bold and spiced urad dal (split black gram) masala, made using an age-old recipe from the lanes of Bikaner, served with Cholle gravy (Chick pea gravy). Each bite is a burst of crunch, heat and nostalgia, best enjoyed with our signature sweet tamarind chutney or as-is with a hot cup of chai.
